Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On February 22, 2023, the Board of Directors of Evans Bancorp, Inc., (the “Company") declared a cash dividend of $0.66 per share on its outstanding common stock. This semi-annual dividend represents a $0.02, or 3%, increase from its previous semi-annual dividend paid in October 2022. The Company has approximately 5.5 million shares outstanding. The dividend is payable on April 4, 2023 to shareholders of record as of March 10, 2023.
