Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 30, 2024, the Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a twenty-eight cent ($0.28) per common share second quarter cash dividend, payable June 28, 2024 to shareholders of record as of June 26, 2024.
A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
