On October 13, 2011, TOR Minerals International, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that it will release the Company's third quarter 2011 earnings results after the markets close on Thursday, October 27, 2011.

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas, October 13, 2011 - TOR Minerals International (Nasdaq: TORM), producer of synthetic titanium dioxide and color pigments, specialty aluminas, and other high performance mineral fillers, announced today that the company plans to release results for its third quarter 2011 after the Market closes on Thursday October 27, 2011.
