(the "Operating Partnership"), the majority-owned operating partnership of Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the "Registrant") entered into a First Amendment to the First Amended and Restated Revolving Credit Agreement and Guaranty (the "First Amendment") for The Town Center at Aquia with KeyBank National Association. Pursuant to the First Amendment, the credit facility was reduced from $20 million to $18.75 million and the requirement for quarterly amortization of $1.25 million through 2010 was eliminated. The Company may extend the December 31, 2010 maturity date to December 31, 2011 by permanently reducing the loan balance to $15 million and the Company has the option to extend the maturity date to December 31, 2012 by permanently reducing the loan amount to $10 million. In addition, the Company is required to pay down the credit facility in an amount equal to proceeds received if a mortgage loan from a third party lender is obtained with respect to the office property at the center.
