RAMCO-GERSHENSON CLOSES OFFERING OF 12.075 MILLION COMMON SHARES OF
BENEFICIAL INTEREST, INCLUDING THE EXERCISE OF THE UNDERWRITERS’ OVER-
ALLOTMENT OPTION
FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich., September 16, 2009 — Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (NYSE:RPT) today announced that it has closed its previously announced public offering of 12.075 million common shares of beneficial interest, including 1.575 million shares pursuant to the underwriters’ over-allotment option, at $8.50 per share. The joint book-running managers for this offering were J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc.
Ramco-Gershenson received net proceeds from this offering of approximately $97.3 million after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and estimated transaction expenses payable by the Trust. Ramco-Gershenson intends to use the net proceeds from the sale to reduce outstanding borrowings under its unsecured revolving credit facility.
