5.02(b): On September 12, 2016, Ms. Deborah R. Cheek, notified Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust (the "Company") of her resignation as Chief Accounting Officer, effective September 16, 2016. Ms. Cheek advised the Company her decision to resign was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
