He will continue to report to Mary Sammons, Rite Aid President and CEO. Mr. Mastrian, a pharmacist with 40 years of experience in the retail drugstore industry, joined Rite Aid in 1998 as Executive Vice President of Category Management and was promoted to Executive Vice President of Marketing in 1999 and to Senior Executive Vice President in 2000.
