COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Litigation We are party to a number of lawsuits which are ordinary, routine litigation incidental to our business, the outcome of which is not expected to have, either individually or in the aggregate, a material adverse effect on our consolidated financial position, results of operations or cash flows. The Company is currently involved in litigation relating to the Merger (See Note 11 to the Unaudited Condensed Consolidated Financial Statements). See Part II Item 1.
