Restricted Stock Units

During the three months ended December 31, 2016, we granted to certain employees and our non-employee directors, restricted stock units that are subject to vesting conditions. The grant date fair value of these awards was based on the fair value of our common stock on the date of grant. Performance Units
During the three months ended December 31, 2016, we granted to certain employees share-based awards that are subject to market-based performance conditions ("Performance Units").
