Dividends

In addition, our ability to pay dividends is limited by the agreements governing our indebtedness and may also be further limited by future agreements governing our indebtedness. In the future, the amount per share of our dividend payments may change, or dividends may be suspended, without advance notice. The likelihood that dividends will be reduced or suspended is increased during periods of market weakness. There can be no assurance that we will pay a dividend in the future.
