Capital Stock	CAPITAL STOCK Repurchase and Retirement of Common Shares On May 23, 2013, we entered into a stock purchase agreement with Helmerich & Payne International Drilling Co. ("H&P"), under which we agreed to repurchase 2,000,000 shares of our common stock from H&P and to make a payment at closing to H&P of $107.1 million. On June 13, 2013, we and H&P amended the agreement to extend the closing date from June 13, 2013 to June 27, 2013 resulting in an increase to the amount paid at closing to H&P by $200,000. The share repurchase closed on June 27, 2013. Following the share repurchase, we have canceled these shares.
