Item 8.01       Other Events

 

On October 6, 2005, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that on October 5, 2005 the County of Orange’s Planning Commission approved modifications to the Company’s site plan for 349 homes on the Upper Bench of the Bolsa Chica mesa.  A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
