Item 1.01.  Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

The Company recently amended certain terms for its 2005 deliveries under one of our long-term contracts.   After the amendment on July 12, 2005, our two long-term contracts provide for 2005 deliveries to each customer of one-half of our 2005 production up to an aggregate of 618,000 pounds.  Any shortfall will be delivered in 2006.
