Item 1.01.  Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

 

The Company recently entered into a uranium sales contract to deliver 345,000 pounds in 2007 to an existing long-term contract customer.  The price is the then current spot price on the date of delivery less a discount reflecting a previously negotiated increase in price on the long-term contract with that customer.
