Basis of Presentation	2. BASIS OF PRESENTATION *Principles of Consolidation* The consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America (“U.S.”) and include the accounts of URI and its wholly-owned subsidiaries (collectively the “Company”). All significant intercompany transactions have been eliminated in consolidation. *Reclassifications* Certain reclassifications have been made to the prior years’ financial statements to conform to the current year presentation. These reclassifications had no effect on previously reported results of operations or retained earnings.
