Copernic Postpones its Annual Shareholders Meeting

Montreal, June 17, 2010 – Copernic Inc. (“Copernic” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: CNIC) announces that it has postponed its Annual General Meeting (the “Meeting”) of Shareholders which was previously scheduled for Wednesday, June 30, 2010 and will advise shareholders once the new date has been finalized, such date to be not later than September 17, 2010.  A new record date for the Meeting will be set and communicated to shareholders in due course.
