On September 9, 2022, Ideanomics, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”) held a conference call and webcast to discuss its financial results for (i) the year ended December 31, 2021, and (ii) the quarterly periods ended March 31, 2022, and June 30, 2022. A copy of the transcript is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
