On June 18, 2007, Patriot Scientific Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing certain results in the case of Technology Properties Ltd. and Patriot Scientific Corporation vs. Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd., et al., civil action no. 2:05-CV-494 (TJW) in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
