Middlefield Banc Corp. Announces 2024 Second-Quarter Cash Dividend Payment

MIDDLEFIELD, OHIO, May 14, 2024 ◆◆◆◆ Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per common share. The second-quarter dividend is payable on June 14, 2024, to shareholders of record on May 31, 2024.
