Middlefield Banc Corp. Announces 2020 Second Quarter Cash Dividend Payment

MIDDLEFIELD, OHIO, May 12, 2020 ◆◆◆◆ Middlefield Banc Corp. (NASDAQ: MBCN) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share payable on June 15, 2020, to shareholders of record on June 4, 2020. The quarterly dividend has been adjusted to reflect the two-for-one stock split on November 8, 2019.
