AMEND DEFINITION OF ABC CORP INSUREDS ENDORSEMENT

In consideration of the premium paid for this Policy, it is understood and agreed that Section II. DEFINITIONS, the Definition of ABC Corp. Insureds is deleted in its entirety and replaced as follows:
