The 2020 Annual Meeting of Stockholders of the Company (the "Annual Meeting") was held on June 30, 2020. At the Annual Meeting, the holders of 15,547,590 shares of the Company’s Common Stock were represented in person or by proxy and 297 shares of the Company’s Preferred Stock were represented in person or by proxy, constituting a quorum.
