6.	Warrants

At September 30, 2017 and December 31, 2016, we had 7,361,283 and 7,603,141 warrants outstanding, respectively and exercisable with a weighted average exercise price of $4.53 and $4.46, respectively. The outstanding warrants have expiration dates between March 2021 and May 2021. During the three month period ended September 30, 2017, 99,000 warrants were exercised with a weighted average exercise price of $4.75, yielding $470,250 in proceeds to the Company. Subsequent to quarter end through October 31, 2017, an additional 294,070 warrants were exercised with a weighted average exercise price of $4.75, yielding $1,396,833 in proceeds to the Company.
