Item 8.01. Other Events.
On August 22, 2023, Republic First Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on Form 8-K reporting that the Nasdaq Hearings Panel had determined to delist the Company’s common stock from The Nasdaq Stock Market. Effective on August 23, 2023, the Company’s common stock commenced trading on the OTC Pink marketplace under the symbol “FRBK”. The Company anticipates that beginning on August 24, 2023, the Company’s common stock will commence trading on the OTC Expert Market.
