Item 5.02         Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On October 24, 2022, Frank A. Cavallaro provided written notice to Republic First Bancorp (the “Company”) of his resignation as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company. On and effective as of October 28, 2022, Jonathan D. Hill was appointed Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
