Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

Effective April 2, 2019, Scott Cooke was appointed by the Board of Directors of Toyota Motor Credit Corporation (the “Company”) to serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

 

Mr. Cooke, age 48, has served as Group Vice President of Treasury, Business Intelligence, Analytics and Finance for the Company since February 2019. From December 2017 to January 2019, he held the position of Group Vice President, Chief Risk Officer. Mr. Cooke served as Vice President, Chief Risk Officer from July 2015 to December 2017. Prior to that, he served as Corporate Manager, Product Planning for North American Products at Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A., Inc. from July 2014 to July 2015. From August 2012 to July 2014, Mr. Cooke held the position of Corporate Manager, Dealer Credit with the Company. Mr. Cooke first joined the Company in June 2003 and has held roles of increasing responsibility in risk, treasury and planning since that time.
