Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) [Abstract]        
Plan Description     Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The Company sponsors an Employee Stock Ownership Plan ("ESOP") which is a qualified non-contributory retirement plan established to acquire shares of the Company's common stock for the benefit of its employees who are 21 years of age or older, have completed 1,000 hours of service and been employed by the Company for one year. Contributions to the ESOP were funded by the Company as set forth in the plan. In May 2012, the Company received a final determination letter from the U.S. Internal Revenue Service to terminate the plan. Accordingly, the Company distributed the available plan assets to participants in July 2012 and will liquidate the ESOP trust in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012.
