On June 4, 2024, Johnson Controls International plc (the “Company”) issued press releases announcing (i) the early tender results of its previously announced cash offers for its 5.125% Senior Notes due 2045 and 4.500% Senior Notes due 2047 (the “Tender Offers”) and (ii) the pricing and upsizing of the Tender Offers.
Copies of the press releases are filed as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and are incorporated herein by reference.
