Item 7.01                                             Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On January 25, 2011, Tyco International Ltd. issued a press release advising that the start time of its fiscal first quarter 2011 investor conference call has been moved from 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. ET on Thursday, January 27, 2011 in order to avoid a conflict with another industrial company conference call.
