On October 20, 2005, Enpath Medical, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 8-K and furnished as Exhibits (1) a press release reporting the results of its operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 and (2) the statement of James D. Hartman, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, and other officers of the Company, that was issued in connection with the October 20, 2005 Enpath Medical, Inc. conference call reporting the results of operations for the quarter ended September 30, 2005.

The Company hereby amends that Form 8-K by furnishing as Exhibit 99.3 the transcript of the October 20, 2005, Enpath Medical, Inc. conference call
