Subsequent Events	Note E Subsequent Events In accordance with the subsequent events topic of the ASC, the Company evaluates events and transactions that occur after the balance sheet date for potential recognition in the financial statements. The effect of all subsequent events that provide additional evidence of conditions that existed at the balance sheet date are recognized in the financial statements as of September 30, 2011. In preparing these financial statements, the Company evaluated the events and transactions that occurred from September 30, 2011 through the date these financial statements were issued.
