Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On April 28, 2014, the Company acquired Aegis Flow Technologies ("Aegis") for cash consideration of approximately $26.0 million. Aegis, located in Geismar, Louisiana, is a leader in the design, manufacture and sale of specialty chemical processing valves. Aegis has annual revenues of approximately $15.0 million and will operate as part of the Chemical, Food and Process platform within the Fluid & Metering Technologies segment.
