The Company sponsors several qualified and nonqualified defined benefit and defined contribution pension plans and other postretirement plans for its employees. The Company previously disclosed in its financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2013, that it expected to contribute approximately $2.8 million to its defined benefit plans and $0.9 million to its other postretirement benefit plans in 2014. As of March 31, 2014, $0.6 million of contributions have been made to the defined benefit plans and $0.2 million has been made to its other postretirement benefit plans. The Company presently anticipates contributing up to an additional $2.9 million in 2014 to fund these plans.
