On April 5, 2011, IDEX Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has approved a 13 percent increase in the Company’s regular quarterly cash dividend.

IDEX Corporation Increases Regular Quarterly Cash Dividend Thirteen Percent
LAKE FOREST, Ill., Apr 05, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) — IDEX Corporation (NYSE:IEX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a thirteen percent increase in the company’s regular quarterly cash dividend to $0.17 per common share. The next dividend will be paid April 29, 2011 to shareholders of record as of April 15, 2011. This dividend represents the company’s 66th consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend payment.
