Item 5.07 – Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.

IDEX Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on Thursday, May 7, 2020 and voted on the following matters:

1. The election of four directors to serve a three-year term. The following persons were elected to serve as Class I directors for a three-year term expiring at the Company’s annual meeting to be held in 2023, or upon the election and qualification of their successors.
