Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On July 23, 2018, the Company acquired Finger Lakes Instrumentation (“FLI”) for cash consideration of $20 million and an earn-out of up to $5 million contingent upon the achievement of financial objectives in the 24-month period following the close. FLI, located in Lima, New York is a technology leader in the design, development and production of high speed/sensitivity CCD and CMOS cameras and related automation for the astronomy and life science markets. FLI has annual revenues of approximately $10 million and will operate in the Health & Science Technologies segment.
