Subsequent Events	Subsequent Events On October 10, 2016, the Company entered into a definitive agreement and completed the sale of its IETG and 40Seven subsidiaries, based in Leeds, United Kingdom for cash consideration of $2.8 million, subject to customary post-closing adjustments. The results of the subsidiaries were reported within the Fluid & Metering Technologies segment and generated revenues of $12 million in 2015.
