Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 23, 2022, Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Chief Financial Officer, Kurt Gustafson, has provided notice of his resignation to pursue other professional opportunities. Mr. Gustafson will assist with a transition of his duties through March 18, 2022. The Company has initiated a selection process for a new permanent Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Gustafson’s departure is not related to any disagreement with the Company or its auditors on any matter relating to the Company’s financial and accounting operations, policies or practices.
