(1) Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. loaned $45,000 for the exercise of a stock option for the purchase of Common Stock on August 31, 1998. On March 28, 2003, the Company forgave/terminated all outstanding amounts due under the loan agreement, and in return, Mr. Glasky agreed to return the 400 shares of Common Stock orginally purchased under the loan and the shares were subsequently cancelled.
