On June 13, 2011, at the annual stockholders meeting, after highlighting the safe harbor disclosures pertaining to forward looking statements, Rajesh C. Shrotriya, MD, Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, and President of Spectrum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) remarked that the Company currently anticipates annual revenues could be in excess of $100 million.
