Stock-Based Compensation

STOCK-BASED COMPENSATIONWe report our stock-based compensation expense (inclusive of our incentive stock plan, employee stock purchase plan, and 401(k) contribution matching program) in the accompanying Condensed Consolidated Statements of Operations, based on the assigned department of the recipient. Stock-based compensation expense, included within “total operating costs and expenses” for the three months ended March 31, 2020 and 2019, was as follows:
