NOTE 5 –NOTES PAYABLE-RELATED PARY

Mr. Chen Yuanhang, the Company’s former chief executive officer, the principal member of the Company’s Court-appointed custodian is considered a related party. During the year ended January 31, 2023, he extended $40,108 in interest free demand loans to the Company.

Mr. Fuzhu Yang, the Company’s former chief executive officer and chief financial officer the principal member of the Company’s Court-appointed custodian is considered a related party. During the year ended January 31, 2023, he extended $24,499 in interest free demand loans to the Company.
