Effective October 8, 2015, Stephen H. Siegele resigned from the Board of Directors of Freeport-McMoRan Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Siegele’s decision to resign did not involve any disagreement with the Company, the Company's management or the Board of Directors of the Company.
