ITEM 8.01 Other events.

On June 18, 2009, SCI Engineered Materials, Inc. received a purchase order for $1.0 million to manufacture products for a Thin Film Solar customer.  Shipments are expected to commence in the third quarter and be completed by December 31, 2009.
