(September 14, 2005) - Psychiatric Solutions, Inc. ("PSI") (NASDAQ: PSYS) today announced a public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $50.24 per share. The underwriters have an option for 30 days to purchase an additional 525,000 shares of common stock from PSI to cover over-allotments, if any.
