On November 9, 2006, Scott P. Mitchell, president, chief executive officer and member of the board of directors of Think Partnership Inc. (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that he had established a personal prearranged stock purchase plan conforming to Rule 10b5-1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
