Segments

We operate our business as two segments, Partner Network and Owned and Operated Network, which are described in Note 1. In the third quarter of 2013 we reorganized our segments and have retrospectively applied the current presentation to prior periods.

Listed below is a presentation of net revenue and gross profit for all reportable segments for the months ended June 30, 2014 and 2013. We currently only track certain assets at the segment level and therefore assets by segment are not presented below.
