As of July 3, 2011, there were 40.6 million shares of common stock available for issuance pursuant to future equity-based compensation awards and employee stock purchase plans ("ESPP"). This includes 15 million shares approved by our shareholders on March 23, 2011, which were registered on a Form S-8 that we filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 17, 2011.
