Subsequent Events	Subsequent Event In the second quarter of fiscal 2013, we acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of Teavana Holdings, Inc., a specialty retailer of premium loose-leaf teas, authentic artisanal teawares and other tea-related merchandise, for approximately $630 million in cash. Because of the timing of when this acquisition closed, the initial accounting for this acquisition is still in process, including determining the fair value of the net assets acquired. Teavana is now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Starbucks Corporation.
