Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosures.

On September 22, 2020, WSFS Bank, the primary subsidiary of WSFS Financial Corporation (the “Registrant” or “WSFS”), announced that as of September 15, 2020, total COVID-19 related loan modifications were $544 million, or 6% of the Registrant’s total loan portfolio excluding Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans. Slide 9 of the presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report contains additional information on COVID-19 related loan modifications as of September 15, 2020 that the members of WSFS management will use during visits with investors, analysts, and other interested parties to assist their understanding of the Registrant from time to time throughout the third quarter of 2020. Other presentations and related materials will be made available as they are presented during the year.
